I’m a photographer based on Bainbridge Island, WA. I find my inspiration mostly along the west coast beaches, sloughs and rivers. While out shooting, I’ve been fortunate to meet other photographers and hikers who stop to share ideas, humor and stories. I'm inspired by their passion to see and preserve wild places. I shoot with a Canon R1, using the RF 200-800mm for the longest shots. For the semi infra-red shots, I use a converted 5D Mark II with IR filters. I have a MFA in Science + Natural History Film from Montana State University with a work background in design and computer modeling. I welcome any ideas for photo or video creative collaboration.
